Weight

For those of you who haven't seen me for a while and keep asking me... NO, I'm not wearing maternity clothes yet and NO, I haven't gained weight YET (ahem... knock on wood...). I think people get excited when they talk to a pregnant lady... it makes them feel good that the pregnant lady has gained weight and they haven't. Well, it's because you don't have A BABY growing inside of you!! So, keep those mean thoughts out of your heads... my plan is to be skinny like Bri after I have the baby!! ;o)

Maternity clothes are, in my opinion, hard to find in stores. This drives me crazy because I ALWAYS try things on, but I have had some luck with internet purchases from Old Navy and Motherhood Maternity (which is a mall classic.) I've also been very lucky to receive lots of hand-me-downs from my sister-in-law. I'm in this awful in-between stage where nothing really fits. I'm totally uncomfortable in my clothes, but the maternity clothes are still too big. I'm sooooo jealous of you and that you haven't gained any weight!!! I'm not feeling so good about gaining twice as much as I was supposed to this trimester! It doesn't bode well for the rest of the pregnancy...though I'm sure everyone puts on weight differently. Ben and I are going to try not to find out if worm has a worm. We want to be surprised. We'll see if we make it! I have all the ingredients for your potato recipe, even the frosted flakes! I just haven't put it together yet. I'm looking forward to trying it!

I wouldn't worry about your weight as long as your eating healthy. I gained 32 pounds with both of you girls. The weight came off with you, however, with Bri, it took a little longer. That's normal though....
